President Trump’s recent executive orders have substantially changed the requirements for federal contractors and subcontractors regarding affirmative action. We will discuss what has changed, and what has not. We will also discuss action steps to be taken by federal contractors and subcontractors within the transition period and how new contractor certifications may impact companies going forward. This discussion will include the impact on diversity, equity, and inclusion programs used by federal contractors/subcontractors.
