John B. Gregg

John B. Gregg’s practice concentration lies in real estate law, including real estate development, land use and zoning, annexation, leasing, and real estate finance.

John also has significant experience in state and federal public affairs management, local government matters, public finance, data security, and privacy and economic development, including tax credits and redevelopment for local units of government.

John  also has experience in the world of political campaigns and has helped candidates get elected at the local, state and federal levels. With the enactment of the American Rescue Plan Act (“ARPA”) and other COVID-related federal funding streams, John has guided local governments throughout the state on how best to utilize these increases in funding. With his counsel, local leaders throughout the state have been able to maximize the impact of these federal dollars to meet the specific needs of their communities.
