Ice Miller partner Olga Voinarevich has been selected to participate in this year's Stanley K. Lacy Executive Leadership (SKL) program. Voinarevich is one of 25 individuals in Indianapolis selected to participate in Class L, the milestone 50th class of this highly competitive program, which seeks to expand the ranks of community leaders by teaching and motivating members to address the needs of Central Indiana.

Voinarevich was chosen based on her significant community involvement and professional achievement, her demonstrated interest in community issues, and her willingness to expand her leadership role in the community.

She is a partner in Ice Miller’s Business Group and co-chair of the firm’s Supply Chain & Logistics Practice, where she serves as a strategic advisor and trusted outside counsel to companies operating in highly regulated industries, including the life sciences, pharmaceutical, medical device, health care, food, and manufacturing sectors. Her practice focuses on negotiating and structuring complex commercial agreements and enterprise-wide contracting programs, including contract manufacturing, supply and procurement, distribution, warehousing, transportation, third-party logistics (3PL), outsourcing, and other mission-critical commercial arrangements. Combining deep industry knowledge with practical business judgment, she helps clients develop contracting and risk management strategies that support operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, supply chain resilience, and long-term business growth.

In addition to her legal practice, Voinarevich is engaged in the Indianapolis community. She serves as vice chair of Ice Miller's Pro Bono Committee and is an Indianapolis co-chair of the firm's Engagement & Belonging Council. She has served as the Indianapolis partner-in-charge of Ice Miller's very first formal pro bono program and helped launch the firm's partnership with the National Immigrant Justice Center, guiding attorneys across the firm through asylum, special immigrant juvenile status, and citizenship matters in the newly opened Indianapolis Immigration Court. Beyond her firm leadership, Voinarevich regularly volunteers with Indianapolis-area legal clinics and community organizations, providing legal assistance to underserved populations and supporting initiatives that promote equal access to legal services.

Voinarevich was recently named to the Indianapolis Business Journal's 2025 Forty Under 40 class, has been recognized as an Indiana Super Lawyers Rising Star in 2024 and 2026, and is listed in Who's Who in America.

Now in its 50th year, the SKL Series began in 1976 to honor the memory of Indianapolis business leader Stanley K. Lacy by encouraging and supporting other young professionals in their community work. Since its inception, more than 1,100 people have gone through the ten-month program. Allison Melangton, Senior Vice President of Penske Entertainment, will serve as Moderator for Class L. SKL Class L will meet monthly from September 2026 through June 2027.

Ice Miller congratulates Olga on this well-deserved recognition and looks forward to seeing the impact she will have on the SKL Class L cohort and the Central Indiana community.
