Ice Miller is pleased to announce that Tiffany Releford, a seasoned leader in the employment law space, has joined the firm as a partner in its Workplace Solutions Practice Group. Releford has devoted her career to working with clients on a broad range of human resources matters, such as hiring and separation, disability, and discrimination issues, and employment disputes.

With a background in human resources that positions her to proactively help employers minimize risks by resolving matters before they become larger issues, Releford is a problem-solver who appears before state and federal courts, as well as government and employment agencies. She routinely counsels large and small businesses, nonprofit associations, employers, community associations, and individuals in matters involving discrimination based on disability, gender, sexual orientation, race, religion, and age. She also provides trainings on equal employment opportunity and other employment laws and conducts workplace investigations.

Releford will base her practice out of the firm’s quickly growing Baltimore office, which opened in 2023.

“Tiffany’s background in human resources management gives her the perspective to understand and deftly meet clients’ needs, often under challenging circumstances. Releford received her bachelor’s degree from the University of Maryland — College Park, her master’s degree from the University of Baltimore, and her juris doctor from Howard University School of Law.
