Ann Stewart advises employers and insurers on Indiana's Workers' Compensation and Occupational Disease Act requirements, Board filing requirements, and changes that may impact worker’s compensation claim administration. She is an experienced litigator who represents employers in Indiana worker’s compensation and occupational disease (including asbestosis and respiratory) claims, as well as the related appellate proceedings. Ann has successfully resolved complex disputes through mediation and settlement negotiation.
