Elizabeth Timme is a partner in Ice Miller’s Trusts, Estates and Private Wealth Practice Group. Her practice focuses on estate planning, business succession planning, estate and trust administration, and other matters involving estates and trusts.
Prior to joining the Trusts, Estates and Private Wealth Group, Elizabeth was a litigator representing businesses and individuals in a variety of disputes, including breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, negligence, alleged statutory violations, and other business torts. This experience has provided her with a forward-looking perspective in her estate planning work.
A native of Normal, Illinois, Elizabeth graduated from Illinois Wesleyan University, magna cum laude, in 2006. She went on to attend the University of Illinois College of Law, graduating magna cum laude in 2010. She is admitted to practice in the state of Indiana and in multiple federal courts.
