Ice Miller Represents Clients in the Acquisition of an IT Services Company

Ice Miller represented Virtual Technologies Group (VTG), a single source IT solutions provider backed by Jacmel Partners, on its acquisition of Whitlock Infrastructure Solutions (Whitlock).
