Abigail Barr (Columbus) focuses her practice on helping employers avoid and resolve labor and employment law issues in Ice Miller’s Workplace Solutions Group. She has experience in litigation, collective bargaining, mediation, and arbitration, practicing before the Ohio Civil Rights Commission, the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, and both state and federal courts.

Gregory Barr (Indianapolis) advises business teams on a wide variety of legal issues, including commercial contracts, contract interpretation, regulatory issues, and customer and supplier disputes as part of the firm’s Business Group. Barr also has experience representing borrowers and lenders in a wide range of financing transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, as well as corporate matters.

Frank M. Bayyari (Washington, D.C.) represents clients in the e-commerce, supply chain, logistics, software, and outsourcing industries. Bayyari utilizes his experience to help solve an array of commercial problems, supplement existing or non-existing in-house legal departments by serving as experienced "outside general counsel,” and he structures, drafts, and negotiates a broad range of commercial transactions.

Lacey Berkshire (Indianapolis) focuses her practice on state legislative and executive branch lobbying. Berkshire helps large corporations, small businesses, trade associations, and other entities navigate complex policy proposals before the Indiana General Assembly and executive branch agencies. She also advises companies on private sector procurement and business development and growth strategies.

Josh Borean (Columbus) serves early and growth-stage companies raising capital through seed and venture capital financing, representing their interests in both their capital raising legal needs, as well as their general business contracts, which often include software licensing, software as a service subscriptions, and service agreements.

Jessa DeGroote (Indianapolis) focuses her practice on managing discovery, as well as drafting and arguing briefs at all stages of litigation and in all levels of court, including the U.S. Supreme Court. DeGroote also has experience in bankruptcy-related litigation and works closely with the firm’s Bankruptcy and White-Collar Defense & Investigations groups.

Kayla Ernst (Indianapolis) advises employers on all aspects of employment law and represents employers when complaints are filed against them. She also helps employers draft and implement employment policies. Ernst represents employers in state and federal courts and before state and federal agencies such as the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission or National Labor Relations Board.

Michael Pisano (DuPage County, Illinois) concentrates his practice in construction law and commercial litigation, which includes representing clients in business disputes that involve breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, fraud, and post-closing indemnity. Pisano represents owners, design professionals, contractors, subcontractors, and sureties in construction and real estate matters.

Olga Voinarevich (Indianapolis) focuses her practice on healthcare, pharmaceutical, and outside general counsel work. She advises a variety of commercial clients on risk management strategies and assists in the preparation, drafting, and negotiation of commercial agreements as part of her outside general counsel work. Through her healthcare practice, she counsels hospitals and professionals on a variety of legal and regulatory issues, including assistance with medical staff, peer review, licensing, and HIPAA compliance matters.
