Ice Miller partner Tyler Ochs will be participating in a CLE panel discussion titled "Development Issues for Data Centers" sponsored by the Real Estate & Land Use Section of the Indianapolis Bar Association.

Panel Description:

The increased use of Artificial Intelligence and cloud computing has resulted in growth in data center construction projects across the nation, including many in Indiana. The consumption of farmland, demand for utility resources, and concerns over environmental impacts of Data Centers has led to opposition efforts from the public and elected officials. This seminar will discuss many of the legal issues associated with these development projects
