Aaron Casagrande’s practice has spanned a broad array of business and commercial litigation matters, including the representation of companies, creditors, and trustees with investigations and litigation involving director and officer liability, mismanagement, business fraud, antitrust and false claim act claims and other commercial disputes. He routinely counsels clients through the discovery process during complex litigation and in response to civil and investigative subpoenas, including the preservation, collection, review, and production of electronically stored information and the implementation of software tools to streamline the process.

Jen Jackman is an experienced counselor to employers on all aspects of employment from hiring to discharge. She is a seasoned litigator representing employers in state and federal courts throughout the United States on matters involving wrongful termination, discrimination, breach of fiduciary duty, defamation, tortious interference, and enforcement of restrictive covenants. Jackman serves as the Office Managing Partner of the firm’s Washington, D.C., office.
Joshua Klarfeld is a litigator who focuses his practice on business disputes and complex litigation and routinely serves as a member of litigation teams in high-profile cases. Aneca Lasley has more than two decades of complex commercial litigation experience representing Fortune 100 and 500 companies, health care providers, global retailers, pharmaceutical manufacturers, and financial institutions. Her practice spans product liability, insurance coverage, intellectual property, and trade secret disputes, and she has secured multimillion-dollar verdicts and decisive defense wins in courts across the country. This experience and her ability to see the “chess match” of high-risk litigation has made Lasley a valuable strategic asset to her clients.
Drew Miroff’s litigation practice focuses on manufacturing/supply chain, products, business, and land use.
